On April 28, at four weeks old, our sweet Marie was baptized into our beloved Catholic faith. Both sets of grandparents were present, as well as Ben, her godfather, and Erin, her godmother. We also had several friends who joined us at mass and a celebration afterward. It was a truly joy-filled day and one that we plan on celebrating every year. Baptism days should be celebrated and commemorated as much as birthdays!
Marie was a little angel during the baptism--she didn't make a peep! And she looked very beautiful in her gown. It was a great gift to have Ken, Bev and Erin make the trip for this special occasion. Marie is one blessed little babe. And so are we.
