Miss Personality

Some sassy, a whole lot of sweet and a touch of hilarity...  This girl has been a bit of a handful lately! For the most part, she is just as cute as ever and so much fun to listen to and watch as she explores what being two is all about.  

Every day we are completely blown away by her imagination in particular.  I hope she never loses this spark of creativity and the absolute joy that fills her while she makes believe!  She can make anything out of nothing, and her excited exclamations all throughout the day about whatever pretend thing she is holding or talking to or eating or snuggling with bring us such joy, too.  Her enthusiasm is contagious and I find myself genuinely excited to be drinking an imaginary cup of blue tea or holding an imaginary green-blue-yellow bug in my hands or picking fistfuls of imaginary flowers from our quilts simply because she is so completely absorbed in and delighted by her own imaginative creations.

She is a bright light in our lives and we go to bed every night talking about the funny/sweet/surprising things she has done and said during the day.  Life with Miss Marie just keeps getting more exciting--yes, more challenging for sure, but it is oh so good.
